Frequently Asked Questions

Finished prints must be stored in air tight sealed bags or ziplock bags. Not doing so will mean moisture will reach the prints. This will lead to the prints having a wet moist feel to them and it also means they will not last as long during washing, which will mean a substandard product being produced.
Maintenance cycles should be completed every day after a full print run. It is essential to keep the printheads well maintained and free of any build up. Not doing so can cause head blockages and nozzle misfiring which leads to future visits and part exchanges.
DTF printers must stay powered up, so that inks can still circulate in standby and printheads won’t dry out. Additionally this makes it easier for the nozzle to stay there when leaving the machine for a few hours.
