SABTEX UVSD60-4 UVDTF Printer

UVDTF - faster, more vivid results

SABTEX DTF machines are our own, smaller footprint Direct to Film printers. This is our Sabtex UVSD-60 – quite simply, designed to put all the advantages of fast-cure UVF inks into a DTF environment. This printer is 60cm wide, and works with a combined coating system so you’re creating designs quickly and easily.

As with all SABTEX machines, the UVSD-60 UVDTF printer consumes relatively low amounts of energy from start-up too, which all helps keep your overheads down. Depending on your preference, we can offer FLEXIPRINT or ERGOSOFT software with all SABTEX machines – and SABTEX DTF Hot and Cold Peel Films also enhance the DTF printing process, which means you’ll get much better results and exceptional durability.

DTF makes sense. And if you want your business to grow, then having the capacity for increased production is the next step. DTF (Direct To Film) is quite simply the latest print technology for printing stunning garments using water-based inks without the need for Pretreatment or weeding. Quite simply, you can create highly durable printed garments with an efficient inline process, print on light and dark garments with the addition of white ink. Suitable for a wide range of textiles including stretch materials – UV inks make all the difference.

Why demo the SABTEX UVSD-60 UVDTF printer?

  • Speed, and quality. Like standard Direct to Film printers, a UVDTF printer negates the need for pre-treatment and weeding, so it instantly removes time-consuming parts of the print process. That means you’re making more product, faster, and putting less – per item – into your overhead spend. But UV inks cure faster, too. That means accelerated production.
  • DTF is generally more sustainable, too – which might not be a big concern for small-volume customers, but certainly matter when you’re contract printing. DTF is a process that uses less water and creates produces fewer by products and wastage.
  • Your clients will notice the difference in quality. A DTF printer directly prints on the PET film, which can be washed and the transferred pattern will not fade or crack or peel off. With a DTF machine, the white ink also forms the base layer of the print itself – it also has a thicker consistency to ensure it covers dark or transparent materials.
  • Durability is up in the print itself, and with our SABTEX machines, you’re able to print on stretch materials too. When it comes to print quality and level of detail, there’s no debate: a DTF printer outshines both DTG and screen printing. DTG (Direct to Garment) prints work best on 100% cotton garments, but DTF can print on nylon, treated leather, cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends, dark and light coloured fabrics.
