The SABTEX SD70-5/6 is a powerful, next-generation 60cm DTF printer designed for high-volume garment decoration with uncompromising quality and speed. Our SABTEX® SD70-5/6 is energy efficient, which helps keep your overheads down. We offer SABTEX® RIP software as standard. SABTEX® Consumables also enhance the DTF printing process , meaning you’ll get better results and exceptional durability print after print. Why the SD70-2 DTF printer?

  • It includes a modular printhead design, allowing users to upgrade when production increases.
  • Direct to Film printers negate the need for pre-treatment and weeding, instantly removing time-consuming parts of the print process, meaning you’re making more product, faster, and putting less – per item – into your overhead spend.
  • It’s more sustainable, too – which might not be a big concern for small-volume customers, but certainly matters when you’re contract printing. DTF is a process that uses less water and creates fewer by-products and wastage.
  • Your clients will notice the difference in quality. A DTF printer directly prints on the PET film, which can be washed and the transferred pattern will not fade, crack or peel off. With a DTF printer, the white ink also forms the base layer of the print itself, enabling printing onto dark & transparent materials.
  • Durability is up in the print itself, and with our SABTEX® DTF printers, you’re able to print on stretch materials too. When it comes to print quality and level of detail, there’s no debate: a DTF printer outshines both DTG and screen printing. DTG (Direct to Garment) prints work best on 100% cotton garments, but DTF can print on nylon, treated leather, cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends, dark and light coloured fabrics.
