One step up, the DGI Hercules II is a four-colour dye sublimation roll-to-roll printer that deliver up to 130sqm per hour. Again, a super reputation for consistency and reliability. Epson printhead technology enables excellent print speeds with variable dot technology alongside a 2.5pl droplet.
HERCULES II will give you outstanding print quality. It is equipped with 2.5L bulk ink tanks, and a constant winding take-up system for rolls up to 656 linear feet (200m). In practice, this should support up to six hours of unmanned production. Plus, its carriage collision sensors and vacuum suction capping station ensure smooth and error-free printing. Additionally, its carriage speed control adds another level of precision.
