The SEFA Subli 1510+ is a powerful and highly efficient large-format pneumatic heat press, designed for high-precision sublimation on both textiles and rigid substrates. Engineered in France and built to meet the rigorous demands of industrial production, it features two motorized drawer-style platens that allow seamless workflow and background tasking. With a generous usable area of 152 x 102 cm (60 x 40 inches), it accommodates large-format applications with ease, making it the perfect choice for printing on materials such as ChromaLuxe aluminum panels, MDF, wood, tiles, and large-scale textile items.
At the heart of the Subli 1510+ is its advanced heating system, consisting of two independent and concentric heating zones that ensure even heat distribution across the entire platen surface. Four pneumatic cylinders deliver uniform pressure of up to 296 g/cm², producing consistent, high-quality transfers with every cycle. The press operates at temperatures up to 220°C (429°F) and can handle materials up to 45 mm thick, offering remarkable versatility across various substrates.
The user experience is enhanced by a large touchscreen control panel developed by Sefa, which includes precise PID temperature control, four recordable programs, a dual timer system, and a resettable job counter. An integrated energy-saving mode helps reduce operational costs without compromising productivity. The heat platen is covered with Nomex in the Chromaluxe version, adding an extra layer of protection and performance.
