Speed and quality TOGETHER

IECHO uses a ‘zero transmission’ drive system. It’s a magnetic, encoded 2G linear drive system, which means there’s no time lost in the acceleration traditionally associated with mechanical drive systems. There’s no friction. It’s simply faster – noticeably so. A maximum speed of up to 2.5 metres/s is going to make a difference to your production output as will the accuracy, at 0.015mm where it’s needed.

Efficiency and versatility 

The SKII uses Iplycut, IECHO’s operating software to provide automatic nesting options. It’s a simple concept that’s now seen as standard practice – getting software to plot the optimum layout for your materials – but we’ve found IECHO’s software much easier to use than other, competing brands. In short, anyone can set up a cutter.

What’s more, you’re getting an incredibly versatile cutter. High precision cutting and punching can be achieved in one pass. Depending on your product needs of course, the SKII’s multi-head system (three heads) reduces the time taken to create finished products that need a linear cut, and a hole punched (with two separate tools).
