Building on a successful partnership with Sabur, DTFNow continues to invest in SABTEX® technology to support growing demand and drive greater productivity.
For DTFNow, delivering high-quality transfers with fast turnaround times is central to business. Based in Gillingham, Kent, the company produces DTF transfers in-house, serving print businesses, garment decorators, schools, clubs and customers looking for personalised designs. With customer demand continuing to drive the need for efficient production, DTFNow has made a further investment in its printing capabilities, adding a fourth SABTEX® DTF solution to its growing production setup.
Their setup now consists of four SABTEX® SD70-4 DTF Solutions, a SABTEX® UVSD60-4 UVDTF Printer and a Dual station SABTEX® TS20 electric heat press with projection system.

SABTEX®
SABTEX® DTF solutions are designed to help businesses streamline textile transfer production, combining vibrant print quality with efficient, integrated workflows. The SABTEX SD70-4 solution features a 600mm print width and an inline printing and coating system, bringing speeds of up to 30m2/h.
By expanding its fleet of SABTEX® equipment, DTFNow can increase its available production capacity and better manage its workload as order volumes grow. Additional printing capacity also provides greater flexibility when handling multiple orders and meeting demanding turnaround requirements.
Alongside its DTF printing equipment, DTFNow also operates a SABTEX® TS20 Dual Station Electric Heat Press with an integrated projection system, extending its investment in SABTEX® technology beyond printing.
